SAINSBURY'S IDENTITY

Working in the Sainsbury’s Identity scrum team, I was responsible for creating journey flows and designs for a single sign in, customer account service to be used across all Sainsbury’s products. 

PROBLEM

Sainsbury's products were inconsistent with their customer account / sign in / registration journeys and customers were creating multiple accounts.

PROCESS

  • Competitor analysis

  • UserZoom customer surveys - on preferences and behaviours

  • Journey flows - happy and unhappy paths

  • Progress updates - with product owners and engineers

  • Final accessible design - Using our design system, LUNA

  • Testing - rapid prototyping around the office

SOLUTION

A single sign in account which recognises a customer and stores their information and preferences in one place for all products.
