I joined as a Digital Designer where I mentored 4 designers whilst planning the team’s weekly work schedules. After demonstrating a strong customer empathy and a passion for solving design problems, I joined the CX team as a UI designer. I worked in an agile environment alongside product owners, engineers and UX designers, attending sprint ceremonies and woking in a lean process.
